You download the setup prompt and give it to your coding agent in your website repository. The agent first reads how your blog is built today and adds the Supabase source without replacing the existing loader. If an article with the same slug already exists, the existing one wins. The change comes on its own branch as a pull request, and you review and merge it yourself.
What happens afterwards
SEO research finds topics with real demand, the content editor writes the article in your voice, the fact-checker backs up the numbers. After you approve, the article lands in the table via upsert. With ISR or server-side rendering it is online on the next request. Revisions land in the same row and the URL stays the same.
